Eric Kofi-Abrefa’s Journey: From Drama Classes to Acting Success
The British actor loved listening to love stories since he was a kid. He was always invested in them. Then he started serving the stories, being a part of it that really got him into acting.
So, he attended BRIT School in Croydon, London, to study Drama. He spent three years there and went to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, located in Cardiff, Wales, to take acting classes.
He left the college in 2012 and has been busy appearing on both stage and screen. Abrefa stated in an interview with BEAM that the first time, he was part of the play Sutton Drive, performing in a small space of Finbr theatre.
However, he made his professional acting debut in 2006, appearing in the movie called Shoot the Messenger. There, he played the Yannek character. Just two years later, he played Robbie Holland in the television series Holby City.
The British actor also appeared in one episode of the TV series The Bill in 2009 as Benny Clayton. After that, his appearance on the Movies and TV shows rapidly increased.
