Laila Lockhart Kraner was born to Dominican (father) and Russian-Jewish (mother) parents on May 29, 2008, in Boca Raton, Florida.
The actress grew up with her sister, Maia Lockhart, and her brother being familiar with Spanish, Russian, and English language. She has a close bond with her folks.
Although she has shrouded the information from social media, she eventually revealed that sometimes her parents visit her work.
Laila’s Parents Often Visit Her Work
During an interview with Pretty in Baby Food, the true person behind the animation of the television show Gabby’s Dollhouse revealed that her parents frequently saw her at her job.
In Febraury 2021, the interviewer asked if Laila’s parents worked with her in a cute voice. Then she replied that her mom always went to the work with her and it was pretty fun.
Her mother’s name is Elvera Lockhart-Kraner, whereas her father’s name is still under wraps. When they go to work, it’s kind of like a mother-daughter day.
In addition, her dad also occasionally went to meet her at work as well, though not as regularly as her mother did.

How Did Laila Decide to Be an Actor?
During an aforementioned interview, she also talked about how did she decide to be an actor. She said that it happened when she went to a lot of his brother’s soccer games.
One of his brother’s teammates’ dad was an actor. So, whenever she would go to her brother’s soccer games, the dad saw her there.
Therefore, he started asking her mom if they would be interested in acting because he thought she would make a good actress.
Eventually, she accepted the offer because she was interested in acting, and then she also started taking acting classes.
Laila Loved Performing and Entertaining from Childhood
Laila was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She loved to entertain and perform in front of her family from a young age.
The actress gathered her brother, sister, parents, and even stuffed animals and started singing and dancing for them.
Even more, she pretended to be different characters. Furthermore, when her family relocated from Boca Raton to Los Angeles, her inclination for acting became even more obvious.

The American actress was raised in Los Angeles -now based on the East Coast. Just at the age of six, she started taking acting classes and participating in showcases.
This led to agents and managers signing her. She is an honor roll student who loves playing the electric guitar, dancing, taking singing lessons, and spending time with her family and friends.
Currently, Laila is best known for her lead role as Gabby in the Netflix original film Gabby’s Dollhouse from Dreamworks, where she got invaluable experience both on set and in the voice-over booth.
In addition to this, Laila has previously been in a number of advertisements for ABC mouse.com and Chevy World Cup, as well as the parts of “Kai” in the miniseries Shots Fired, Young Rainbow, and Blackish on ABC.
