How Did the Gay Rumor Start?

In 2019, on the Impractical Jokers‘ Daytime Talk Show Skit, Sal Vulcano said that he had a dirty little secret kept from his longtime best friends.

Furthermore, he said that it was killing him alive. And finally revealed about it in front of his best friends and the audience.

Sal Vulcano said, “I’m gay.”

Just moments after his confession, James also admitted, “I’m gay too.”

Then people started to search if they really were gay.

Then Sal said, “That my best friend James has come out of the closet that’s the reason I brought him here today you see, I’m not gay, but I knew if I said I was gay, he’d admit that he was gay.”

Apart from this, they never discussed the rumor or their sexuality on any other social media platform. They had always pushed their boundaries to entertain the people and continued so on.

The Topic Was Discussed on Reddit

Although, Reddit fans took the topic, “Is Murr really gay?” and started to discuss it. Some of them denied it, and others just accepted it.

One user commented, “No, they are teasing him,” while another user penned, “He definitely is gay.”

Another user talked about the evidence, “Possible evidence against Murr being gay is when he was punished with his father going through his phone and him having ‘female friends’ that he may have met in a Gentlemans club, according to Sal.”

So, since they were joking, none of the Impractical Jokers are gay.

James Is Married to Melyssa Davies

James Murray tied the knot with the beautiful Melyssa Davies in 2020.

The Impractical Jokers star wed his fiancee at the Lake House Inn in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in front of family and friends. His other three jokers also attended the wedding.

The six months leading up to the wedding were full of unexpected turns as the couple balanced their plans with COVID-19 regulations that were constantly changing.

The duo had four different weddings planned simultaneously, depending on how everything worked.

One version of their wedding was just their bridal party in their backyard. They ended up going with the compromised list, which was a quarter of the original one.

He said honestly that it was a lot less stressful having one-quarter of the guest list. James’ wife added that they moved in not too long before everything happened.

Davies thought that having both of them at home really helped to decide what they wanted and what they needed more of and less of.

The pair got to spend a lot more time in the house, which she didn’t think would have been possible before all of this.
