Andrés Rosende, the writer of the well-received indie thriller, The Chain, is happily married.

The breakout director shared his wedding vows with Jessica Rosende on August 26, 2017. The wedding ceremony took place in Los Angeles, California, in the attendance of their friends and family.

Additionally, Andrés and Jessica announced their wedding on Honey Fund, where the couple greeted their family and friends. The couple expressed they were happy to share the special day with them.

They further added that their presence was the most important gift, and they were lucky to have everything they needed.

The invitation also featured a browsing wish list, where the guests could make contributions to their plans and make them come true.

Who Is Andrés Rosende Married To?

Andrés is married to Jessica Silvaggio Rosende, who is a Clinical Epidemiologist.

According to her Linkedin profile, she completed her Master of Public Health from Emory University. In addition, she completed a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina.

Regarding her experience, Jessica Rosende is an Infection Preventionist for the Hunting Hospital.

Also, she worked as a Program Director at Emory University Hospital. Furthermore, she was employed as the Director of education for the National Ebola Training and Education Center.

Professionally Jessica Rosende is interested in multidrug-resistant organisms in emerging infectious diseases, healthcare settings, emergency preparedness, and antimicrobial stewardship.

Additionally, Rosende’s wife is the president-Elect of California APIC and President of the Greater Los Angeles Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology chapter.

Introducing Andrés Rosende

Born in Spain and currently based in Los Angeles, Andrés has directed numerous successful short films over the years. These films have been featured in more than 200 film festivals, including the prestigious Cannes and Sites.

As a result of his hard work and dedication, Andrés’ movies have won more than 40 international awards, which includes DGA for best Latin short.

His movie The Chain, starring Ray Wise, also won the Best Screenplay at the Alicante Film Festival.

Moreover, the writer cum director has written Christmas KillsMr. Bear, and the thriller The Echoes.

His credits don’t stop there. Rosende is also the producer of American Carnage, directed by Diego Hallivis, which is a short horror movie about Latin immigration.

According to his Linkedin profile, the enigmatic director completed his Bachelor of Arts (Film Studies and Communication) from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He completed his studies in Master of Fine Arts in 2011 from Columbia University.

Andrés Rosende Produces The BlockBuster Podcast ‘Bad Friends’

Apart from writing and directing, Rosende has produced numerous successful projects over the years. One such example is the successful podcast Bad Friends.

Andrés joined 7x, along with the other members, to work on the respective project. The podcast features Andrew Santino, an American stand-up comedian, and comedian Bobby Lee.

The director is actively engaged on social media platforms, like Instagram, under the user handle fancyb.1. His Instagram account has gained more than 56.3k followers.

Similarly, Rosende has a Youtube channel where he collaborates with the members of the Bad Friends podcast. Due to its rising popularity, the channel has over 20k followers and features 15 videos.
