Actress Vinessa Vidotto has made her name in the entertainment industry by herself. She has portrayed different characters till now from the start. But mainly, her character as Agent Vo in the CBS series FBI International garnered more attention from folks.
Her stellar performance in the series caught the public eye, which eventually helped her to garner a huge fan following.
Wanted to Become an Actress from a Young Age
The American beauty was born on November 3, 1995, in Albuquerque, Mexico. She wanted to be an actress from a young age while growing up in her hometown with her siblings.
Vidotto constantly staged shows at her home with siblings, including singing karaoke, making home films, and participating in talent competitions at her local temple.
In addition, she also participated in the theater class production of ‘Go Ask Alice.’ That performance fueled her interest in the performing arts and inspired her to apply to a collegiate fine arts program during her senior year of high school.
The actress attended the University of Arizona and completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine arts. Later on, she moved to Los Angeles after a management company signed her due to her exceptional performance in her senior showcase.

Began Her Career at the Age of 21
Vinessa Vidotto started her career with the short movie called Piper in the Woods in 2016. She was just 21 years old at that time. Her stellar performance earned some fan following through the short film.
Then, she was cast into the popular mystery television series Lucifer in 2019, portraying the character of Remiel in four episodes.
Later on, she worked on the short comedy-drama series Hacks. She portrayed the character of IVY, where she worked for only one episode.
However, she got her breakthrough role in the television series FBI: International. She caught the eye of the audience through her performance in the series. There, she played the role of special agent Cameron Vo. She also worked in the third iteration of the successful franchise.
The series was first aired in 2021 and has successfully aired two seasons till now. She said in an Interview with TV Insider that when she auditioned for Agent Vo, it was noted that one of her strong suits was that she was very good at interrogations.
Further, she added, “And so that was kind of my first thing in the first episode last season. I got some here and there, but I didn’t feel like that was a trait that really stuck out.”

Her Mother Wanted Her to Be a Doctor, Lawyer, or Others
The 27-year-old was born and raised in Albuquerque, Mexico until she was 10. Later, her family moved to Tucson. She grew up in a strict Asian American household where her mom wanted her to be a doctor, lawyer, or engineer.
Well, Viness is of mixed ethnicity.
The actress did engineering in high school, but she didn’t like it because her passion was acting from the beginning. In addition, one of her friends also convinced her to take a theatre class.
But Vidotto’s mom always looked at her schedules, and she had to lie to her. She had to tell her mom, “That classic cannot be changed like it’s permanent. It’s in there.”
Then she started to take a theatre class and got her first role as a mother named Alen. It was a suicidal awareness program.
She decided to apply to the UA School of Theatre, Film & Television. She graduated from there in 2018 and soon after moved to Los Angeles and landed a recurring role in Netflix’s Lucifer.
Vinessa Vidotto’s Pregnancy Rumor
Netizens began to speculate about the 26-year-old’s pregnancy rumor on social media after her character Special Agent Vo was pregnant on FBI: International.
She is not married yet or has a husband. Considering so, she isn’t pregnant in real life.
Nevertheless, some sites have claimed that she is in a relationship with her high school sweetheart, Jordan Skye. She used to post his pictures tagging him, which is now deleted from her social media handle.
It’s unclear whether the couple is still together or already ended their relationship.
