Ruby Bhogal has been dating boyfriend Antony Amourdoux, since 2018. The couple met at The Great British Bake Off, where he came in third place and she finished as first runner-up.
Although he won hearts the world over, the boyfriend struggled to win Paul Hollywood over and was expelled from the white tent during Bread Week. Still, he was fortunate to have Ruby Bhogal’s backing throughout the process.
Ruby Bhogal Made Boyfriend Instagram Official for Valentine’s
Initially, she shared some pictures from the show featuring two of her co-stars and Amourdoux on November 2018.
Then on Valentine’s Day 2019, Bhogal posted their picture together on Twitter and tweeted, “This guy has been the love in my life for the past nine months.”
Everyone was just stunned at the moment. A user replied, “He’s one lucky guy.”
“Lots of love to you all, but maybe just a tiny bit more for my boy,” Ruby Bhogal jokingly tweeted.
Bhogal also frequents Amourdoux’s socials.
In 2019, the boyfriend shared their mirror selfie and captioned, “It’s MY Gorgeous’ birthday! My best find from the tent stole my heart at first glance.” Amourdoux wished his girlfriend the best for the year ahead.
Since the couple met back in 2018, they have been spending quality time together and backing each other.
Last year the doting boyfriend posted a picture where he applauded his lovely girlfriend as the apple of his eye and wished her a happy birthday. The couple is celebrating five years of togetherness as of this writing.

Antony Celebrated His 34 Birthday
Antony Amourdoux celebrated his 34th birthday in January this year. Sharing his picture on Instagram, he wished himself happy birthday.
“33 was a chaotic year that needed to be put to rest,” wrote the caption. Further, he mentioned that his family surrounded him, and it was a privilege he got to enjoy after almost three years.
He adored being fussed over and showered with delicious food and affection. The baker was in Bangalore, India, at the time.
Amourdoux stated that he had no clue what the year had in store for him, but mental health and overall well-being would be at the forefront.
Amourdoux wished to fall back in love with baking, cooking, and content creation.
His loving girlfriend also wished him on his birthday through an Instagram post.
She wrote in the caption, “It was a real toss-up between posting a recipe reel or posting about my GBFF’s birthday.”
Bhogal claimed that her beau was the best from day one and described him as the best sort of friend.

Bhogal and Amourdoux Loves Baking
Since the lovebirds met in the television show The Great British Bake Off, it’s no surprise that the couple loves to bake. Amourdoux moved to London from South India in 2016.
Ironically, it was his ex-girlfriend that submitted his name for the famed baking show. It was a surprise she planned to celebrate his love for food and interest in baking.
When he went to the show, he wasn’t too familiar with English culture.
On the flip side, Amourdoux’s current girlfriend, Bhogal, fell in love with baking during her time at Liverpool University.
She had to bake for her seven housemates. Later in 2016, it became her passion after she baked a black forest cake.
Bhogal said, “she ‘loved every hour, every minute and second’ she poured into making it.” She was the 2018 The Great British Bake Off runner-up and continued to bake a cake after that.
