Further, Kleinschmidt’s family allegedly relocated often during her childhood because of her father, Thomas McGee’s military career.

Moreover, Mika’s mother, Yolanda Pozzi, served in the United States Air Force.

She attended Sonderling High School and studied MSCIS at the University of Phoenix. Further, Yolanda’s love for animals is evident on her Facebook timeline, which is crowded with posts about animal rescues.

When Puerto Rico was swamped by Hurricane Maria, which left Kleinschmidt’s mother and relatives without power and water and had limited cell phone service, she requested prayers via a Facebook post.

The co-founder of the interior business Dirt2Design LLC further expressed helplessness in being unable to be with them during the devastating aftermath.

She also shared how her mother prioritizes the need for rescue dogs on the island, despite struggling to survive during the disaster.

According to her LinkedIn, Yolanda Pozzi has collected, searched, and saved abandoned/neglected dogs and cats in Puerto Rico since Jan 2015.

The University of Phoenix graduate worked as Computer Systems Manager at USAF for over three years, from July 1997 to October 2000.

Moreover, the co-founder of Dirt2Designs, Mika, seems to have inherited business skills from her mother, who has over seven years of experience in business ownership/management.
