Adam Hann, the lead guitarist for the English pop rock band The 1975, is married to his beautiful wife, Carly Holt. Among many things, the pair have one thing in common: their shared passion for music.
In addition, the duo has also welcomed a baby.
Lent Her Voice to One of The 1975’s Songs
In the mid-week of October 2022, Carly revealed that she was a part of The 1975’s album Being Funny in a Foreign Language. She expressed her happiness and stated she was incredibly honored and privileged.
Well, she sang the bridge of ‘About You’ from the album, and almost all were stunned by her incredible higher-pitched vocals on the song. Her vocals also shined in her verse and were perfectly harmonized with the lead singer Matt Healy’s voice.
After hearing her stunning performance on the track, The 1975 fans were pretty loud with their demands for Carly to perform live. Their request was finally met when Adam’s partner blessed Toronto in December 2022.
Her debut live performance came as a part of the At Their Very Best Tour. Many recorded her singing and shared it on different social media. Considering she is a Canadian and is originally from Toronto, her debut performance in Toronto makes total sense.
Carly has performed only twice with the band. During her second performance, The 1975 also brought out Taylor Swift and performed ‘Anti-Hero’ for the first time.

Adam’s Wife Is Also a Voiceover Artist
Apart from singing, Carly is also well-versed as a voiceover artist. According to Voicefox, she specializes in a natural style of delivery. From dramatic narration to cheery commercials, her voice has been heard cross-continentally.
Some of her past clients are Talking News Islington, CRH, Arizona State University, Fire Without Smoke, and Utah Manufacturer’s Association. Carly has a bubbly, youthful, conversational, and friendly tone.
Some of her specialized skills are in acting, farming, animation, and singing.
She was trained at one of the most prestigious universities worldwide. The talented lady is pretty good at catching the heart of the message and delivering it as expressed by her clients.
Unfortunately, Carly hasn’t shared a lot of details regarding her education.
As stated above, many were left mesmerized after hearing Carly’s angelic voice. So much so that one fan even took to Reddit to learn more about her and asked others if she had a musical background.
One user mentioned she studied musical theatre in the UK. Plus, Carly once posted a photo of her early days when she performed in a musical but later deleted the post.

Mother of One
Apart from having an interest in music, Carly has now welcomed a kid with her husband. The lovely couple is embracing parenthood after welcoming a son into their life.
In a now-deleted post, Carly had shared a photo of her and her little one showing his cute baby paws with the caption, “He’s here and we are in love.” But considering the pair’s private nature, they are yet to share further details regarding their only kid.
Adam has also mentioned their little one only once. In a tweet he made back in October 2022, the guitarist expressed his pride towards his wife’s singing abilities and later added, “…all the while being an incredible mother to my son.”
Knowing how much of a talented musician both Carly and Adam are, it won’t be too surprising to see if their baby also follows in their footstep.
All in all, even though Carly has refrained from sharing much about herself and the pair’s relationship, she is pretty famous on Instagram. She has over 14K followers.
